Sewing 101 @ Indialantic, Fall 2026

Join us for Fall 2026!

Our Sewing 101 class runs for 16 weeks and is perfect for beginners as well as returning students.

If this is your child’s first time sewing with us, their Intro to Sewing will be covered during the first session, so please make sure they do not miss the first day. If your child is continuing with Sewing 101 and has taken it before, they will simply continue where they left off.

Register for our weekly sewing classes and get ready for a fun sewing adventure that blends traditional sewing skills with modern creativity.

Students will learn how to use a sewing machine, cut patterns and fabric, practice basic hand sewing, and explore other sewing skills used to design and construct projects. Projects may include crafts, accessories, home décor items, and garments.

We start with simple projects that teach the basics and gradually move into more challenging ones. Each new project introduces new techniques while reinforcing skills they have already learned. We work at each student’s pace and learning style so they can build confidence and grow their skills.

No sewing experience is needed if your child starts on the first day of the semester, since Intro to Sewing is covered in the first class. If a student joins after the semester has already started, they will need to take an Intro to Sewing or Learn to Sew class first.

Equipment and Materials:

• Machines are provided, or bring your own for added fun!
  Note: If bringing your own machine, be ready to set up and clean up.

• All tools are ready for you.

• A materials list will be emailed to you after registration. You do not need to purchase everything right away — supplies are only needed as projects come up.

• We provide some fabric if needed, but we recommend bringing your own. For larger projects, especially clothing, please bring your preferred fabric.

• Optional Kits: If you don’t have time to shop, we have project kits available for purchase. ORDER NOW

• Students will work on their projects at the studio. Each student will have a small container to hold their current project to avoid forgetting projects at home.

  Fee Structure 

  Monthly Tuition: $95
  To register, pay first and last month ($190 total).

  • 30-day notice required if you plan to stop sewing.

  • If continuing, your next bill will be on September 1st. 

  • The last month you paid rolls over until your child’s final month of the semester.

  • You can also pay for the full semester (16 weeks) for $375 – Save $5 off.

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
