Hello everyone!

Six weeks post-surgery and healing well! I’m back to teaching classes and workshops, just still pacing myself at the studio. I couldn’t have kept things moving without our team and my family holding it all together — thank you.

Fall is here, and our calendar is filling up with workshops! Whether you’re planning a night out, a crafty afternoon with friends, or something new for a small private group, check out the calendar — new dates are being added regularly.

You asked, and we listened
More time to sew, build, and finish your own design
Design to Finish is for anyone who wants more time to dive into sewing and clothing construction — a cosplay outfit, your own clothing, a project you’ve been putting off, or just longer, unhurried sewing sessions. We’ll cover machine setup and safety on day one, then you’ll have longer blocks of guided time to work on your own designs. Great for parents who want to take a class alongside their kids.

Sea-glass inspired trees & succulents
Layer, stack, and glow up a piece that’s all your own
Build a glowing glass tree or succulent arrangement from layered glass pieces, all set on a lighted base. No experience needed — we’ll guide you through every layer, and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind glowing piece for your home.

Melt, layer, and shape a crushed-glass piece of your own
Work with crushed and layered glass to build a colorful, kiln-fired piece — no experience needed, we’ll guide you step by step. Another date is already on the calendar for October 8 in Cocoa Village if this one doesn’t fit your schedule.

Pour & Paint with B&B Candles & Soaps
Two creative experiences, one evening. Start at B&B Candles & Soaps in Cocoa Village to pour your own custom candle, then head to MyMakerScape while it sets to paint your candle holder (choose Pumpkin or Witch Hat). You’ll leave with two handmade pieces from two Cocoa Village businesses. Seating is limited to 10 per session — advance registration recommended.

Pressed flowers, greenery & resin
Arranged your way, poured for you
Choose a base — trinket dish, acacia wood tray, or glass frame — plus accents, and we’ll pour the resin. Projects cure overnight and are ready for pickup the next day during Open Makery hours.

Fresh greenery, hands-on, just in time for the holidays. Grab a few friends and reserve seats together, or ask about booking a private group.

Advance registration required — fresh supplies are ordered specifically for this workshop, so seating is limited. Watch the calendar for the date.

One More Thing — Daytime Craft & Paint?

We’ve had requests for a relaxed monthly daytime Craft & Paint gathering at each location — a couple of hours to create, with the project changing month to month. If that sounds good to you, let us know! Enough interest and we’ll put it on the calendar at both Cocoa Village and Indialantic.
