Part-Time Team Member (As Needed)

This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time gig. Hours vary based on camps, workshops, events, and studio needs, and are not guaranteed each week.

This position is based at our Cocoa Village location, with occasional opportunities to assist at off-site events and our Indialantic studio.

What You’ll Help With

• Assisting during workshops, Open Makery sessions, and Splat Lab experiences
• Helping with summer camps and special events
• Setting up and cleaning up before and after activities
• Keeping studio spaces organized and stocked
• Assisting at occasional off-site events
• Helping create a welcoming experience for our guests

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
• Enjoys working with children, teens, and adults
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working in a small business environment where everyone helps out
• Able to pass a Level 2 background check
• Able to provide character and/or work references

Creative Skills Are A Plus

• Sewing
• Crochet or knitting (big plus)
• Painting or drawing
• Cricut or maker equipment experience
• Other arts, crafts, or creative hobbies
