MyMakerScape Workshop Guidelines
All sales are final. No refunds.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your workshop one time within 30 days of your original workshop date, subject to availability.
- Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for rescheduling.
- No-shows without prior notice forfeit the opportunity to reschedule or receive a workshop kit.
Workshop Kits & Project Pick-Up
- If your project is eligible to be taken home or picked up later, it must be picked up at the same MyMakerScape studio where you attended the workshop.
- We do not transport projects or workshop kits between studio locations.
- Projects not picked up within 30 business days of the workshop or notification that they are ready will be considered abandoned. MyMakerScape reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, donate, or repurpose unclaimed projects and materials after that time.
We want every workshop to be a fun, creative, and welcoming experience for everyone.

Be Respectful
Please treat our instructors, team members, and fellow participants with kindness and respect.
Positive Environment
Help us maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Zero Tolerance
Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or harassing behavior toward our staff or other guests will result in immediate removal without a refund and may result in being prohibited from attending future MyMakerScape events.
