Terms & Agreement
By submitting this RSVP, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Participation in this event is free for eligible MyMakerScape students.
- This RSVP helps us plan the event but does not guarantee participation in every activity if space is limited.
- Students participating in the showcase may only display projects that were created or started at MyMakerScape through one of our classes or camps.
- Showcase projects must be dropped off by Friday, November 13, 2026, and picked up at the conclusion of the event on November 14, 2026. MyMakerScape is not responsible for projects left after the event.
- Student Maker Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The $15 booth fee is non-refundable once your booth has been confirmed.
- All items sold at Student Maker Booths must be handmade by the participating student.
- Students and their families are responsible for pricing, selling, and collecting payment for their own merchandise.
- MyMakerScape reserves the right to decline the display or sale of items that do not meet these event guidelines.
- By participating, you grant MyMakerScape permission to photograph and/or record the event for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.
