Returns/ refund policy

All sales are final. All orders are made to order. If you received your order and pieces are broken or missing, we will offer you either a partial refund or discount that you can use for future items. Buyer must send us in email a picture of the broken pieces received. Please, feel free to contact us if there is an issue with your order – we will do our best to make it right. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Any issues with damage shipping box must be referred directly to the shipping company.
