By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that all sales are final. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled event may receive a class credit or DIY kit in place of attendance. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.

1.3 Photos and Media:
During our events, we may take photos or short videos for marketing and social media.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify us privately at check-in.

Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please notify us immediately.
A small processing fee will be deducted from any refund to cover payment platform fees incurred.

By enrolling yourself or your child in any MyMakerScape LLC class, workshop, or event, you voluntarily assume all risks and hazards and hereby release and discharge MyMakerScape LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or connected with participation in our classes or events.
Participants are responsible for wearing clothing suitable for creative activities. MyMakerScape is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or use of our site or services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Indemnification
